Rent little websites. The nerdy term is SEO, which is short for search engine optimization:

    Since ChatGPT parses its data from search, if you optimize for Google and Bing, you'll get traffic from AI tools like ChatGPT too.

    Doesn't it take forever to rank in Google?

    For competitive terms like "weight loss," sure, but that's not our game. At the local level (e.g. "tow truck Charleston, SC"), competition is low and few know SEO well. With our methods and group support, you can rank a new site on page 1 (and on Google Maps) within days or weeks.

    How much can you make?

    Each site averages $600/month ($7,200/year) on the low end. Some bring in $1,500/month or more. You own the site, so income is for life. If a client stops paying, just reroute leads to another business - only takes a few clicks. You can sell the sites later or pass them on to your kids. Fun fact: Gary Vee wanted to buy my portfolio, but I said no - the recurring income is too good! 

    Who pays you?

    Small businesses looking for leads. They might already have a website, but it's buried on page 6, doing nothing. Whereas, ours actually get customers. Example: a paver pays me $2,000 a month and makes $10,000+ from the itty-bitty website I made him - a 5x ROI. No-brainer.

    How do you get clients?

    Results first. We pick the niche, rank the site, and send leads their way. After they see success, we offer to keep 'em coming for $1,000/month (or whatever it is). No hard sell needed. And if you're not into outreach, we'll do it for you. So you never have to meet or speak to anyone. Rank sites in any city or country you wish.

    Does it work during a recession?

    Yes - if anything, demand goes up in tough times:

      Any downsides?

      It's not instant money. Some business owners may not see the value or can't handle more leads. On rare occasions, a site can be stubborn about ranking. But overall, it's one of the best ways to make money from anywhere with a laptop. Like Gary Vee says, it just works.

      If it's so good, why share it?

      Because there are millions of niches out there, and a bigger community means more help ranking sites and closing deals. And yeah, it's another way to monetize what we know. Let's be real: anyone saying they sell courses "to give back" or because "they just love teaching" is full of it.
